This0study0aims0to0determine0and0analyze0the0effect0of0self-efficacy0on0employee0performance through work0motivation0at0PT.0Bank0Negara0Indonesia0(Persero)0Tbk Rengat Branch.0The0method0used0in0this study0is0quantitative with0descriptive0and0causal0research0types and the0SEM-PLS0analysis0method. The sampling0technique used is saturated sampling0technique0which0is0included0in0non-probability0sampling with a total sample of 55 employees0of PT Bank0Negara Indonesia Rengat0Branch. Based on the0results of the descriptive0analysis on self-efficacy, employee motivation and employee performance are already in the good category and the results of0the0study0can0be0concluded0that0self-efficacy0has no significant0effect on employee0performance,0self-efficacy0has a significant effect0on work motivation,0motivation0has a significant effect0on employee performance0and self-efficacy significant0effect on0performance through employee motivation0of0PT Bank0Negara Indonesia0(Persero)0Tbk Rengat0Branch.
