CSS in the field of Cleaning Service. The approach in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this research is all Cleaning Service employees at PT. Cerah Synergies Prosperity, totaling 50 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance with a tcount value of 8,887 with a significance level of 0.000 &lt;0.05, this shows that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance because the tcount value is greater than the ttable value and the level significance &lt; (0.05) so that it can be stated to have a positive effect. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, R square has a value of 0.617 or equal to 61.7%. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires and conducting literature studies. The total population is 2.500 patients per month. The sampling technique uses random sampling with a total sample size of 50 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, and Spearman rank correlation tests. The research results show that the Spearman rank correlation coefficient value is 0.65 in the interval 0.6–0.799, which is categorized as strong. Besides this study also investigates the role of sleep disturbance as a mediating variable between job stress and job burnout. Four hypotheses were developed and tested using a quantitative approach. Research data is a hundred primary collected using survey methods. Variables are measured using a Likert scale of five with a range of very disagree (1) to very agree (5). The data analysing method employed a structural equation model (SEM) using Smart-Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 software. A measurement model and structural model assessment are used to obtain research results. After passing the evaluation of the measurement model, the structural model shows that the model has good predictive relevance and power. The result indicates that sleep disturbance mediates the relationship between job stress and job burnout (indirect-only mediation). Research data is primary data collected using survey methods. The variable is measured using a five-point Likert scale with a range of strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). Measurement models and structural assessment models are used to obtain research results. In the validity test results for 40 questionnaire question items are declared valid, where the Correlation value is above the R-table or more than 0.1166 and significant below 0.05. For the reliability test, the questionnaire that has been distributed is reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is&gt; 0.60. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service. The respondents in this research were 94 employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service, collecting data using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely sampling carried out as a whole from the total population. The analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression, which is a type of regression analysis used to describe the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, with the dependent variable (Y) being assumed to be binary qualitative/having two categories. The data analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the binary logistic regression analysis, it was found that significant factors in the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation were age, length of work, personality and skills. The research results show that the use of technology in Islamic boarding school management not only makes administrative work more efficient, but also improves the quality of learning. The innovations found include the use of digital learning management systems, the application of mixed learning methods, and increasing teachers' abilities in using technology. However, the research also found challenges, such as limited access to technology and differences in the level of digital readiness between teachers and students. This is shown if variable X increases or is positive with the assumption of work motivation, the quality of human resources will increase.
