Civil Servant in the Electronic Based Government System need to have Digital Competence to follow digital transformation, especially in the use of TRK Jabar Application in West Java Province Regional Secretariat. The total sample in this study was 175 respondents who were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test method with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that digital employee competency is included in the Good category and the use of TRK Jabar Application is also in the Good category. Apart from that, employee digital competence is related to the use of TRK Jabar Application with a correlation coefficient value (0.703) which describes the strength of the position relationship so that if there is a change in digital competence, the use of TRK Jabar Application will increase. also tends to change. The results of this research show that the impact that Self-Efficacy has on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.320 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study consisted of 31 Honda Motor sales people in Sukabumi, and all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The research results show that the majority of respondents feel they have a high level of work flexibility, a very good work environment, and an adequate level of job satisfaction. Statistical analysis states that work flexibility has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and a good work environment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work flexibility and the non-physical environment play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction. The type of data used is primary data, which is the result of sending questionnaires to Gorontalo City restaurant tax payers. In this study, linear regression analysis was used with a partial test (t-test) to analyze the data. These findings indicate that compliance with restaurant tax payments is positively and significantly influenced by the level of service. The research findings indicate that the strategic management undertaken by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises to maintain the stability of rice prices involves market operations and affordable markets, which are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are still cases where some traders sell at prices that have been set. The research was conducted referring to Merille S. Grindle's policy implementation theory. The results of the research conducted show that the implementation of tourism development policies in Gayo Lues Regency has not been optimal. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors for policy implementation. The supporting factors are that the interests affected by the policy are shared interests, not personal interests, the type of benefit produced has multiple effects so that its scope can be felt by various groups, the characteristics of the governing body which continues to carry out activity programs in accordance with existing policies, the compliance and responsiveness of the implementers. The creative industry at UMKM is one social issue that can help the economy grow. The UMKM business can grow its operating units and sales by having a strong market orientation. The application of market orientation as a business strategy that is based on a social perspective and prioritizes the consumer as the primary customer in order for the theory of pricing to be operationalized. The research method uses the mix method using a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques with questionnaire data analysis on measuring the variables of intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, and response implementation as many as 32 items and technical interviews with MSME business actors. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire data for the total existence of market orientation in the Cilacap MSME creative industry were obtained at 79% consisting of the creative industry in the fashion sector 76% and the creative industry in the culinary field 82%. The results of the analysis showed that job training belonged to the category "very good", the physical work environment belonging to the categories "very good", and the performance of employees belongs to this category. Based on the correlation test with Simple Linear Regression Analysis, it turns out that there is a good and significant relationship between the use of PPE on the safety behavior of ship crews. This is evidenced by the correlation equation with a coefficient (r) of 0.903 (in the form of a positive relationship). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMAN 3 Gorontalo memainkan tiga peran utama dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar. Pertama, sebagai demonstrator, guru aktif mengorganisir kegiatan keagamaan dan memotivasi kreativitas siswa, seperti sholat Dhuha bersama dan zikir bersama. Selain itu, untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, guru mendorong siswa dalam pembuatan film dokumenter dan presentasi menggunakan media canva. Kedua, sebagai mediator, guru memainkan peran penting dalam mengadakan dialog lintas agama, membantu siswa dalam aspek beriman dan bertakwa, serta memberikan bimbingan mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Social assistance provided by the government is a form of government concern for its people. This is in accordance with the constitutional mandate that the poor and neglected children are cared for by the state. The research results show that officers in distributing social assistance are not transparent, where it is not clear how much social assistance should be received by residents who are obliged to receive it. Officers did not properly collect data on who was eligible and obliged to receive social assistance, where there were residents who were not recorded even though they deserved to receive it. Officers show favoritism in distributing social assistance because the priority is relatives and those closest to them who always support the village head's directions. This element of intentionality is associated with anyone who does not vote in the village head election so that it is ignored and makes things difficult in various ways, especially getting social assistance. For this reason, it can be concluded that the distribution of social assistance carried out by officers is not yet transparent, there is favoritism and data collection on residents receiving social assistance is not accurate because something has been overlooked.
