Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the work environment on individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers. individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers in Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research method, data were collected through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. Motivation also affects individual performance, but does not play a mediating role in the relationship between SOP and work environment. role as a mediating in the relationship between SOP and work environment to individual performance.
